Best of all, the wizard will not allow the Onboarding forms to be submitted until all forms are completed, so the burden is on the employee to fill out all information and submit all required paperwork. All you need to do is review and approve the completed submissions and fill out the employer’s side, such as pay details.
You can also include documents you want the employee to acknowledge receiving, such as an employee handbook and company policies. You can even track company property loaned to the employee (tablets, uniforms, tools) to ensure items are returned when the employee is terminated.
