Massachusetts Businessman Sentenced for Payroll Fraud Scheme

Frank Loconte, president of NER Construction Management Corporation and NER Management LLC, based in Wilmington MA was sentenced to 20 months in prison following his involvement in a fraudulent payroll scheme.
