  • Employers with 5 or more employees must include rate or pay range information, including if pay is based on commissions, on job postings.

Massachusetts

  • Massachusetts Pay Transparency: Effective Oct 29, 2025
  • Employers with 25+ employees must disclose pay ranges in job postings, and when offering positions to current employees for promotions, transfer, or new positions.  Employers with 100+ employees will also need to report wage data to the state.
