Has it been a while since your employees filled out a W4 form? Are their withholding deductions too high or too low? If your answer to either question is “yes,” then we recommend having them fill out the newest W4 form.

New hires should be filling out a W4 form and not just entering “0” or “1” automatically.

If you have changes to tax deductions, send a change form to your Payroll Specialist or make the change yourself in isolved. Don’t send us the W4 form, but keep it for your records.
